What we do

Everything Your Garden Needs, Start to Finish

We handle the hard parts — planning, tilling, planting, and teaching — so your family can focus on growing and harvesting.

01

Garden Planning & Design

A garden built around your yard, not a template.

Every garden starts with a free on-site visit. We assess your yard's sunlight, soil, drainage, and space — then design a layout that makes sense for your family's goals, your schedule, and Florida's growing calendar. No guesswork, no cookie-cutter plans.

  • Free on-site consultation included
  • Sunlight & drainage assessment
  • Personalized crop selection
  • Seasonal planting calendar
  • Written garden plan provided

Site Preparation

Healthy ground is the foundation of everything.

Before a single plant goes in, we prepare your soil the right way. We use a tractor to till the ground, test your soil, and apply the amendments needed to give your garden the best possible start. Proper site prep is what separates a garden that struggles from one that thrives.

  • Tractor tilling & ground breaking
  • Soil sampling & testing
  • Organic matter & amendment application
  • Drip Irrigation with backflow preventer setup
  • Fertilization program start

Garden Installation

We do the heavy lifting so you don't have to.

Once the ground is ready, we install your garden from start to finish. That means planting your crops in the right spots, at the right depth, with the right spacing — all timed to Florida's unique growing seasons. By using drip irrigation, you will have water delivered where it is needed most. This reduces water waste, keeps leaves drier, helps prevent diseases and excess weeds, and gives your garden consistent moisture without the hassle of daily hand watering. In addition, we plant pollinator friendly flowers to attract bees and other beneficial insects to your garden. These hard working visitors help improve pollination, support stronger plant growth, and can lead to a more productive harvest. We leave you with a garden that's ready to grow from day one.

Seasonal Planting

Florida grows year-round — your garden should too.

Florida has growing seasons, each with its own set of ideal crops. For example, summer has growing exceptions like okra, peppers, or even using a cover crop option. We time your plantings to match the season, swap out spent crops when the time is right, and keep your garden producing as much of the year as possible.

  • Fall/winter & spring/summer rotations
  • Cover crop options for in between planting.
  • Variety selection for Florida climate
  • Succession planting for continuous harvest available
  • Seasonal replanting visits available

Soil Health & Improvement

Feed the soil and the soil feeds your plants.

Florida's native soil is often sandy and nutrient-poor. We build your soil over time with targeted amendments, organic matter, and a fertilization program designed for your specific crops. Healthy soil means fewer problems, stronger plants, and bigger harvests.

  • Soil testing & analysis
  • Targeted amendment application
  • Organic compost incorporation
  • Ongoing fertilization program available
  • pH balancing for Florida conditions

Hands-On Guidance

We teach you to garden, not just watch us do it.

Every visit is a teaching moment. We walk you through what we're doing and why — how to water, when to fertilize, how to spot problems early, and how to harvest at the right time. Our goal is for you to feel confident in your garden, whether we're there or not.

  • Watering schedule & technique
  • Fertilizing timing & method
  • Pest & disease identification
  • Harvest timing guidance
  • Ongoing questions answered

Ongoing Maintenance

Optional — but we're here if you need us.

Prefer to hand the garden off to us? We offer optional maintenance visits to keep your garden weeded, fertilized, and producing. Or we'll teach you everything you need to go it on your own — either way, you'll have a thriving garden. The choice is yours.

  • Regular weeding & pruning
  • Fertilization & soil top-ups
  • Pest monitoring & treatment
  • Seasonal replanting
  • Cover crops to maintain weed control and soil health
