Our story
Rooted in Plant City
Our story began with a simple family garden. What started as a project at home quickly became something we genuinely loved—working together, learning through trial and error, and watching something we planted grow into food for our family.
Over the years, we realized how many families share the same desire- to grow fresh food at home and feel confident knowing where it comes from. Sometimes, all it takes is the right help to turn ideas into a garden that fits their home and lifestyle. That’s why we created Square Root Garden Co.
We help take the guesswork and heavy lifting out of starting a home food garden. From preparing the ground and improving the soil to irrigation, planting, guidance, and ongoing maintenance, we help create gardens that fit each family’s home, goals, and lifestyle. For us, gardening is about more than planting vegetables. It’s about bringing families together, learning valuable skills, becoming more self-sufficient, and knowing exactly where your food comes from. Whether you want to be involved every step of the way or need someone to handle the work for you, we’re here to help you grow something meaningful—right in your own backyard.
